| Basic Swedish - A relaxing and revitalizing massage. An absolute stress reducer.
Deep Tissue - Includes some trigger point and direct, slow pressure addressing chronically tense muscles such as backs strained by desk-bound posture. Ideal for people who work high stress jobs or exercise strenuously. Trigger Point - Concentrated finger pressure on specific muscles. Prescribed as relief for spasms and pain. Sports Massage - Facilitates cleansing metabolic waste from muscle tissue. Includes Range-Of-Motion evaluation, stretching and other therapeutic techniques to relieve sore and overworked muscles. Pregnancy - Relieves lower back pain and other discomfort associated with pregnancy. It lends circulation support to reduce the possibilities of problems with swelling, varicose veins and leg cramps. For additional information, see Massage During Pregnancy. Aromatherapy - A custom blend of essential oils massaged into the skin, restoring the biorhythmic patterns that contribute to your well being. Hot Rock Stone Therapy - Warm stones are placed strategically on the back. The whole body is hen massaged with the rocks. The heat component makes it good for arthritic patients as well as warming the muscles for a deep tissue massage. Also relieves pressure from PMS through the relaxing heat. Reflexology - Direct pressure on the relevant area of the foot can address problems that are associated with other parts of the body. A good choice for modest clients (no need to disrobe), as well as elderly clients where bones may be too fragile for deep pressure. |
