• Full payment is expected at time of service.
• Payment by cash or check only.
• Gratuities are not included in the price and are always appreciated. Your personal recommendation to your friends and relatives is always a valued reward in and of itself!
• Returned checks are subject to a $35.00 charge, and any collection expenses incurred.
• Cancellations for appointments not received within 24-hours prior to the scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of at least 50% (fifty percent) of the services.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
• Rates for services provided are subject to change without notice at any time.
• Illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances by clients for professional massage therapy services will result in the IMMEDIATE termination of the massage. The cost of the scheduled appointment will still be due in full. Law enforcement will be contacted as deemed necessary.
• Gift Certificates and special Corporate Rates for our therapeutic massage services are available. Ask for additional details or further information.
• Any participant under 18 years of age must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.

The Information provided is used to maintain consistently high levels of personalized therapeutic massage services at each visit.
